It's a good start. Keep in mind these guys are valued at about $100mil in revenue assuming 10% flows to the bottom line at a 22x multiple (back of the envelope math). They now have about $10-15 mil in revenue on the books for 2022 so still need another $85mil or more to justify market cap. Do the math yourself. Current pipeline post Q2 does not justify current market cap, even the CFO mentioned the lull past Q2 2021 on the conference call ( I think it was the CFO). Also, I don't even know if those 10 ev busses sold to ABC company has been sold or if they are just holding them in inventory as I don't think that was disclosed.
