If this were true
that "many are issued" that sales had happened it would be material news and would need to be reported on the financials as they use accrual based accounting as required by CRA(as I understand it)

The last financials are as of Sept 30, 2022 as just received

Tbis has been posted for months so this cannot be factual,IMO
