When does the Saga ever End?

Here we go again, another "NON;-brokered financing with plans that appears to me to be no more than any previous intentions. Who continually invests in the company? Is it the same Investors and what is their intent? Here we have Bakker who apparently is being taken to Court being thanked and wished well.  This company has never made sense to me and still doesn't. Can someone share why the Company Offices are in British Columbia, but the property is in Quebec? How time and cost-effective can this be? I still question the significance of the VEPT Process. As I have said before, if it is viable surely it would have been bought out by now.;

Where a corporate office is located rarely aligns with the project location, where you are a junior or a major. Nothing special about that. On the financing, I am willing to bet they do not successful get $4M. This is a tough market, $4m is real money. You watch, there will be dribs and drabs they will close on.
