RE:RE:Voting Proxy deposit date is Feb 2 and to count your vote must be received at least one business day before that.. So to be safe ..submit eloctronically by ..say Jan 31. I have not voted yet.
Fwiw ..got a phone call today reminding me that mgmt is overwhelmingly in favor of the deal and they could take my vote over the phone
Its not over till the ...well you know how it goes.
I am fairly certain that if a superior proposal were received before the deal was approved then Vanstar would have the right to terminate and IMG would have the right to match or rebid. Of course that would activate the termination fee .
