Four reasons come to mind: (1) 32 Degrees Capital overhang - no way to know for sure how many shares ultimately must be sold. (2) Debt level - note how finance costs have gone up with interest rates

Industry conditions are nearly perfect. VTX delivers negative earnings in the best Q in the calendar. This all equals = No Interest
