WATR and DWR

It looks like the water sector has heated up. One focuses on technology and the other focus on consolidation and leasing rights of spring water. 
institutional buying galore  easy 3 to 4 baggers from here 

beteeen these two I don't think I care to look at any other sector right now at least in the near term.
