I did not know they sold the tools to costumers.
So in this training program, do they teach the costumes how to run the tools?
Does that mean also that Wavefront only has sales people? No one in the field from Wavefront?
If something happens who is responsible.
After your patent expires, proprietary, know how and trade secrets kinda goes out the window. You have trained all these costumers to be able to run the tools properly, correct?
The way the market is now and everyone wanting the advantage, how do they keep up with how many times the tools are run. Sorry guess that does not matter if the tools are sold to the customers.
Really did not mean to get into all this. Really just wondering about the patents.
