Why so bad today?

This stock has everything going for it except the price... I guess for us buyers.. that is not a problem.

I have a hard time understanding the sellers logic!!!

Well if you have been a shareholder like some of us for years and years and years and the share price is always the same....same since 2012 then you would understand.

Seems strange that it has been the same old thing since 2012... I stumbled on this early 2022.. the story is compelling... they appear to have money coming in to ensure that they get to the finish line.  Maybe they didn't have the backing to get to processing part of things. I guess that must have been the hold up..  the Canadian Government should be working over time to ensure all

Sure. Dumb time to sell when permit progress is pending. No news since last update is probably a good thing. Lots of upside due to tight float and trading at $35M MC when it should be valued closer to $100M given where it's at today, and permit in hand drives it to $200M. Production and validated sales at $500/t drives it to $800M. A few things need to happen there but path to 20x us there
