08:08 AM EST, 12/13/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Digital marketing platform operator Wishpond Technologies (WISH.V) said Monday that a subsidiary of the company will buy certain assets and specific liabilities relating to the Winback.chat product of AtlasMind Inc. for US$700,000 in cash.

The company's shares rose 1.2% in early Frankfurt trading on Monday.

Winback offers an SMS platform for small-medium-sized businesses.

The deal is expected to close in early January 2022.
