If you don't see dilution as a problem then you must be new to investing Plus endless selling when millions and millions of 5 cent and 13 cent shares are free trading. Wow they got 20 cents this time. Still 20-25% below market value This will keep the share price in the penny stock range FOREVER. Western does tons of placements and loans.
