Not all outstanding warrants and options will be sold into the market. Some investors can and will simply write a cheque. The amount of $ needed to pick up those that are going to be sold would be like petty cash for U.S. Investment firms which is where I think this is headed.

If you look at all the big successful corporations they have a billion shares outstanding. I like that WMG has a solid base of shares. Not that easy to take out.
