Um, am I suppose to be impressed with $38,000 worth of Insider selling?

Western wind has a very bright future, thats why i took a position in it yesterday. You never know why an insider sells, maybe he's doing reno's to his house or buying a new car. To me it does'nt matter.RBC has a strong buy on this and so my plan is to wait and hopefully buy more at a much lower price.

What is RBC's 1yr target for WND?  (I'm with Scotia, and they unfortunately don't follow this one)

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I'm usually not available. RBC rates companies from 1-5. 1 being a strong buy ,5 being a strong sell. wnd is 1. Its my opinion that green energy companies have lots of upside.

Trustme, RBC's stock rating is a consensus rating compiled from analysts ratings.  It is an average rating so if there was only 1 rating of 1, that would be the rating.  Doesn't mean much unless you have multiple analyst ratings (even then, as recent events have shown, what do they know, rather go on my own).Threelaner

Ok,lets asume a rating of 1 from only 1 analyst, would you not agree that its a better signal to us then a 5,which is a strong sell.By the sounds of it, 1 analyst is not enough and 2 is too many. What do they know.

Agreed.  The recent past has made me very leery of analysts and so-called financial experts to say the least especially if I, with no financial training whatsoever, can do way better than they are doing.  Check my public portfolio and I don't delete the dogs...Like this one BTW.  Just waiting for Arnie to sign the bill...Threelaner

I can't get the image to paste - sorry about that. The RBC12 month target is 4.10. That is consistent with the other analysts that follow WND. Do I think this stock will reach 4.10 in 12 months ? Hmmm.....really depends on how fast they get that park built. I have seen some large wind projects go up in 5 months and some smaller ones take twice that long so I guess we will see.  I ...more

Thank you so much Laine1 for sharing this info.wow this is larger than I thought (for 12 months).  Well, I'm long too, so let's assume 18 months.  That still gives roughly 200% of profit per year (300% of investment).  That would explain the extreme downs we've seen lately.  some poeple are just plain glutton and want all these nice shares. Is Gamesa known for ...more
