I trust you have read the news releases and articles stating that Jeff expects Dec or January I am not sure what you mean by winning bid as if a company makes one we might still be privy to it Jeff did state they will present the highest bid though . I feel confident the sp will let us know in advance of any NRs I hope your $3 area is hit

I get the feeling that somthing will be announced shortly pretaining to the progress of the selling process WND  made known it's intentions at the end of July, we are now all most 3 months into the process and I can.t for the life of me remember the cut off date for potentuial suitors to gain access to the data room and advance their due dillegance I Iwould think that 60 days from
