I was originally calling for $3.75 tops, but with the extension of the tax credits and the factor that management gets a bonus for each $1 increment above $3 buyout I now think/hope we will see at least $4 So put me down for $4.25. If any of the people in the Guessing Contest can not tell you within 10% what the amount of debt per share is, there is no way that their buyout price guess can be accurate, except by chance.  It is impossible to actually figure what a shareholder will get in a buyout without considering the debt, an amount that is reduced between 2 and 3 cents per month because of income from Windstar, where
