Well, hey, this is about as good a deal they can get. Keeping in mind the $43,000,000.00 put out on this dirt on th Hawthorne deal.

I am a lifer for holding sharz and playing whatever outfit is in ontrol of this area. .. I have ibin there and surveyed up there back in the late 70s and been a shareholder ever since of who-ever controls the dirt.
