Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. is engaged in Spectrum Slicing technology for residential and commercial markets. The Company develops advanced wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) silicon solutions, access points, and intellectual property (IP) licensing designed to meet the service needs of service providers and their customers. RE:What do we know.

RE:What do we know.Try putting actual numbers to your vague guesses that you call fact, as in "what we know". Can you? How about this gem?

"Andrew now has sufficient funds and a better network of support to show his product can provide more consistant service to customers then what on market now..  Considering digital computing close to maxed out in efficiencey.  Now time to do it since the congestion of information traffic, will only get worse."

Doesn't that sound familiar to you. How many times have we heard somethuing similar? Define what the current "maxed-out:" congestion is and compare it to several years ago. You really sound like you are trying to convivce yiourself you did the right thing and aren't facing the facts head on.

Or how about these events that you skipped completely, and instead called the drop in price a "walk-down." LOL.

Edgewater issued 722,000 shared for debt at .05. and 139,000 shares for interest payment when the SP was hovering around .075?

That's  861,000 shares for debts issued after February 2. How many shares were traded since then? Don't guess, look it up and post the numbers for practice. Coincidence? Analyse why the stock hasn't rebounded since those shgares are likely sold.

What would you, digital130, do if yoiu were handed 50% more than you loaned out if you took the money now (ie sold shares)? Would you say, wow I'm going to keep theses shares for another few years because they are might to be worth more, or would you sell them now and jump for joy?
