I just got an box from somebody that said $5K got you the 1st of 4 required liposuction treatments. Was he lying, and the truth being 3 treatments?

Come to think of it I was in Calgary last fall and we were driving next to a limo with darkened windows. What we did notice however was that the back end of the limo was so low the driver was having trouble steering because every time he hit a bump in the road the front wheels were off the ground. I`m curious, was that you in the back/
