Too funny

Too funnyPublic company with shareholders and a BOD. Dwayne bought, yes again Dwayne BOUGHT the tech patents for this technology. In what alternate universe would prevent another party from purchasing a public company's assets if it was in the best interest of the shareholders?  Any communication would have to be disclosed. Anyone remember that release?  Pie in the sky hopeium doesn't change facts and basic common sense as well as simple critical thinking. It is a business, correct?  For profit?  Is the company trying to sell product at this point or license the tech for the last almost decade?  If not then what has been its purpose for trading on a public exchange and what was the purpose of multiple placements?  Terrible when people can actually see the obvious. Have a great weekend.
