Originally between himself and the parent company Edgewater Computer Systems Inc. he had or was in charge of approximately 28 million shares. I believe the bulk of what he sold were those in the name of his company Edgewater Computer Systems Inc. supposedly for the purpose of assisting in the financing of that company.
