Exactly what I was saying. Is he an employee or a consultant? I am guessing share based compensation as they have no money. Talent is not cheap. Given the company's history and lack of funds why put your name next to it?

The odds of actually getting an acceptable answer are lower then Sam being able to physically to change a tire. In theory it's quite simple but the execution is another matter all together.
