Seeing as how you know all about VPT can you give us your best assessment of why Alvira left. She just seemed to be getting things on solid ground and bang she up and left. If the sales now follow that's great but I still wonder on her timing. Maybe she has an offer from Ascend and after a few weeks off will pop up again?
