A take over  does occur, it does happen at times if zdc is starting to eat larger competive companies lunch they will be taken out. sounds like you would like to get back in at lower prices I

Why not?  Do you like seeing your investment drop 15 % from the high.  I would welcome a buyout but of course it will never happen, it never does.

There are much larger companies in the same space what I don't want to see is someone taking zdc over I would like to see them build out there business month after month long term hold here.
