the scent of consolidation

I recently bought more shares in an effort to average down from my original miscalculation when heightened volume occurred.  Recent volume without a sustained share price advancement is not in shareholders best interests.  Nonetheless, I am guessing the company is planning a consolidation.  When it occurs you can bet the stock price will drop further.  I hope I am wrong, but experience tells me otherwise.

Sorry but i'm trying to see how people sometimes think in their buying/selling habits because its interesting :-).How can you say that you bought high and recently bought more shares and you also think that the company is planning a consolidation which will make the shares drop further.  With that in mind why would one buy shares while assuming that they will go lower ... I don't ...more

What he means player is that it is an open question. If one knows there will be a consolidation one would seem his or her shares. If there is no consolidation, then very likely the share price will rise, maybe to 5 cents or more. So if you can give us a definite answer on yes or no to a share consolidation or if it is even being considered, then we get our answer. I think he is trying to hedge his ...more

in the times before BREX when companies were pennies they consolidated to start back at .20 or so.  What we see these days is when penny stocks plunge, I haven't seen a consolidation for the longest of times but rather private palcements which are diluting the H*LL out of the stocks in a company ... don't know which is better :-) ???Robert
