I spoke with Dan Toews a week or so ago and he said that he believes they will be reporting  something before they report the quarter (I believe by the end of this month). I guess going by that we should have a clearer picture about the waterflooding results so by the end of the month. the july and november ones are the ones in focus with the july ones showing early results as expected.  ...more

I know that he would not indicate either way, positive or negative on the progress but how was his attitude or demeanor as that could be an indication on the direction? I traded emails with him a few times but then he would not respond after I asked a few pointed questions.   ofirme check your inbox.

I do not know him enough to make an educated guess. I wish I could give you a better answer. He sounds like a serious person, so it is not a situation whereby I could judge his mood...

offirman, where do you see this headed in the near future for the bagholders, do they have a reason to cheer after years of sorrow getting splattttoed left right center ? jd the prof

I do not know the near future, but I can tell you that there is still a lot of money looking for places  to invest where it is relatively short time before you can drill and start making a return. most of   the assets on the market are prospective, but not de risked. pinecrest has 100 sections that   would be low risk (relatively) and economic at today's technology ...more

I can not tell for certainty anything, but over time waterflooding should do the trick. it will not   become a $3 share any time soon, but compared to this low share price we should do well. That is my opinion. patience is a virtue... I am looking forward to hear about how the july waterflooding producing wells are doing and   what is going on with the two wells with the higher ...more

Whoa there Son, 3$ a share one day is a BIG STRETCH. dont know if you will ever see that (i know WCW will break even at that level) but ... its highly doubtful any any time in the next few years at least. As for the waterflooding, you think thy might have bette results now with the winter and deciding to devote less resources on Wells in exchange for paying off their debt ? I understand you are ...more

I agree with what you said. I said it will take a long time (if ever).  they need to show the ability to generate substantial cash beyond needs. waterflooding needs  to be shown and proven over a couple of years before substantial drilling will take place. overhead and operational expenses need to to minimized during that time. a lot of money was  put into infrastructure, so that ...more

comparison to bor - border was going after gas (suicide bellow $6 ng price) and its wells/ projects never reached critical mass. pry has developed assets that should generate  significant cashflow and a relatively low risk pipeline. huge difference between them. thanks.
