Why The Big Volume Today?

Is it because the stock won't hold@.05? Is it because of fear of a reverse split? Or something else entirely? As of the time of writing this post over 1.8 million shares traded and on a stock that sometimes doesn't even trade all day? Bad news coming? Hit your level 2 above. One trade of a million shares?

I rarely post on here but doesn't one trade of a million shares usually mean something positive? Somebody sold 1000000 shares in one trade, but there was someone else willing to buy them. Often that ends up being a "behind the scenes" agreement between the company that needs help and the investor who will be helping. Could be wrong but it makes sense, one million is too round of a ...more

Are you suggesting the company sold one million shares to an investor, in a private, undisclosed deal? What for? To incresase cash balances by $50,000? Complete nonsense: first, it would be illegal; and second, what would PRY do with the extra $50,000, buy some new business cards or what?

Sales desks cross shares all the time.  The more shares in the transaction and the lower the volume currently bid at market will cause the seller to have to take a lower bid and it will take the price down.  That transaction was a cross from Dundee to Dundee.  Dundee removed PRY from its coverage list yesterday so this is a broker taking PRY out of a client(s) account and crossing ...more
