The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Initial Çöpler mine review finds no issue with heap leach

Initial Çöpler mine review finds no issue with heap leachHopefully Mssrs.  Jean-Marie Konrad, Les Sawatsky, Mark E. Smith  come up with something better than this.

"Initial pler mine review finds no issue with heap leach pad construction"

The design was good, contructed correctly and maintenance/operations was first class!  All Good!  Move on!  Really?

"Based on the initial review, the company says it has not identified any material non-conformance with the construction or operation of the heap leach pad relative to the third-party engineered design parameters."

So it just collapsed from the alignment of the Sun, The Moon and Stars?  There is no way it could have been anything else?  Now there's a problem.  It also appears if one digs deep enuogh that people involved in SSR pler where involved at some point in Eagle.
