what price would buy back be at? averaged over past x amount of time?

You may say that the company will be valued at 5% more but my experience is the process they put in place makes the firm doing the buy back compete for shares just like any retail purchaser and they try to get the shares a cheap as possible. So, not thinking they will increas the sp by much over what normal trading will do. The sp up today on speculation. lets see how next week goes. That is my ...more

The stock is up today on the belief that there is now a safety net in place. Whether that is true or not, it stopped the panic trading from the last few days.
