Btw, I don't think a Friday NR is bad thing if the news is good.

True, it just seems that companies try to avoid releasing good news, and/or intentionally try to release bad news on Friday.  I can only think of 1 time in the past 10 years when a company released really great news on a Friday.   Still, the big uptick on volume and price at the end of day suggests something's coming soon (presumably good).
