Ridiculous

VMD is trading on ly 12x eps

At this price, we could see a buy out

I am actually seeing 10.6 times and it eludes me why no one is making a move now.  Resmed is 63 times.   Yeah yeah apples oranges.

Trailing eps is misleading due to one time Covid boost.

Analyst forecasts too negative. Co. earned $0.21 eps on $80 mil revenue in 2019 but analysts think co. will earn only $0.204 on $115.7 mil revenue in 2021.      $US eps Revenue ebitda 2022 (e) $0.322 133.6M    ...more

All analyist targets and forcasts went out the window when the scathing audit results were published. No one would touch this with a ten foot pole until that is resovled. Plus even if it is, the fear of a one time cuts to vents is possible again, like it was back in 2016. IMO Look out below....and get out now iwhile you still can. IMO I am sure RBC probably did, even though they said hang in ...more

Wrong as usual. RBC maintains $13 USD target.   https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/t.vmd/viemed-healthcare-inc?postid=33258586

ISFCA wrote"Wrong as usual. RBC maintains $13 USD target. " I guess you did not understand my post. Of course they maintianed their target. My point was it doesn't mean anything until this audit is resolved.  Bruce Campbell made VMD his top pick and then sold shortly after.

Well when you TRY to be.......LOOOOOONG with a volitile micro cap that is a one trick pony, dependent on gov't rates for pricing, you tend to get a little stupid with greed and hold toooooooooo long.  Too funny.

Best - I think the point of recent events is that they are no longer a one trick pony and are transitioning into a full service remote home provider.  It also occurs to me that what is currently just CMS billing could easily become insurance billing.   Just thinking aloud of course.  Let's see.   however you skin this cat the price is right today.   I still say $15 ...more

One trick pony? Viemed Healthcare Inc is a high level service provider using best in class technology and equipment to increase quality of life in the homes of patients with respiratory diseases. It provides equipment and home therapy to service patients with various respiratory diseases including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, (COPD) Chronic Respiratory failure and ...more

What sells me on this company is still the market.  25 million largely unserved customers.  Third highest mortality segment in the US.  Fragmented pre shakeout service providers.  Rapid growth, margins.  Light capital model.   No foreign service providers. Interfaces to hospitals and medical care networks.  And a P/E of 10.6.   The last year has not been ...more

One trick pony...as in it mainly relies on one product, NIV's for it's main source of revenue. That is under attack by the Gov't.  That is scary and the market doesn't like it, nor the uncertianty....  Until that is resolved, with hopefully a favorable outcome, the stock will continue to tank. However, the Gov't holds the upper hand and I suspect this will not end ...more

Jacklambert wrote " It also occurs to me that what is currently just CMS billing could easily become insurance billing." I think insurance companies are watching this closely. They always follow the gov't lead and set pricing based on Gov't rates as well. I am sure the Insurance companies will now scutinize NIV claims more than ever.

Or:  they will look at traditional copd 4 end of life costs versus VMDs costs and push the business accordingly.   there's no direct competition in this industry.  The insurance players cannot play one provider against another.  It's use me or lose me    and who has the highest service level and lowest cost anyway?   I think there may be an argument ...more
