I tried to tell a poster I have never seen here before and he insisted these rules only apply to property sales. I gave up and put him on ignore.

Hey logger.. how do you expect anyone to learn the facts when you keep whitewashing the truth.. keep removing my posts.. its obvious you don't want to hear the truth about investing but continue to posts false narratives on and on... so sad.. :-/

So as I mentioned in my post, don't shoot the messenger. In other words I wasn't completely certain how it worked, I stand corrected, it must be ouside the 30 day rule.
