Dunlop case

Looking at the MB court registry (click the file #), it looks like something happened (or didn't happen) on April 17, 2014.

Anybody who knows how to decipher this stuff, know what might have occurred on that last date?

Either way, almost 2 years later and still nothing.  It's been 4 years since the original claim.  What's the avg time for this sort of stuff?

If that's the case, then why hasn't VMS commented on this?  I'm pretty sure I didn't miss any news release on the "outcome".

Then why hasn't VMS commented on this?  I don't recall missing any news releases on the "outcome".

Double posted by accident and I can't find a delete function. :/

if the Reed Lake mine starts to lose money, VMS might as well concede the case and give ownership to Dunlop along with the losses..............that will teach them!!!

What exactly will it teach them? Something that we should have thought about? Or is this all factored into copper prices going from $4.50 to $2.06 in 4 years.

We are sliding into a global recession,. which will make 2008 seem like a day at the beach. Don't expect Vms to move anytime soon.

totally agree ... especially since MALLOY & CO. sees copper traded as low as $ 1.25 this summer ...! HBM can put the leg on VMS for as little as $ 3 MILLION ... if we subtract debt owed by $ 18 MILLION ... vms to hbm! ... THE END REALLY IS CLOSE ...! CLOSER WE CAN UNDERSTAND THE ...! TERRIBLE...! SIMPLY TERRIBLE...!
