NEW YORK, August 27, 2025 - OTC Markets -- Veri Medtech Holdings, Inc. (Stock Ticker Symbol: “VRHI”) ("Veri Medtech"), healthcare technology platform, announced today that via open market transactions:  Danny Wilson, Director, completed the additional purchase of 3,200 shares of VRHI stock at an average price per share of $0.95875.  With this purchase, Mr. Wilson beneficially owns: 496,076 shares of VRHI stock.
