What odds are we putting on the halt being because of good news with closure on the HempCo deal?

not good ....the IIROC put the halt on VRT .....not the company... I thought the LOI was supposed to be finalized by the end of July....where is the NR to extend  or the confirm the closing of the LOI?

That halt was actually placed by the company.  https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2020/09/08/iiroc-trading-halt-vrt   Hopefully announcing the share deal to purchase HempCo today.

my bad....VRT did halt for news......makes me wonder if they were pushed by IIROC to provide news considering that the LOI for Hempco has yet to be officially extended.....
