My thoughts
I've had a couple days to reflect. I think this is still a very strong company (except the POS management). To think that we did get investors to invest $5million of their own savings into this, albeit at only .15 is still pretty impressive given the absolute LACK OF LIQUIDITY! I still wish we did this raise at a time where there was more outside investor confidence, but on the bright side at least we had some interest! As the positive news trickles in, hopefully the volume can continue and if so it will return this stock to .30 in no time.

Ya, ok. Except that it wasn't "their own savings", they invest other people's money, not their own savings LOL!

Actually a "best efforts basis" means the institution did not take the risk, they found individual investors to.

There is no way to know who these "indiviual investors" are. Could be other institutions. I don't think it refers to "individuals", does it?

Might be worth a "gamble" if .115 is an entry point but I sure as hell wouldn't be averaging down - throwing good $ after bad!

All I know is Clarus and Gravitas securities were the middle man in finding $5m and those institutions are not taking the risk or else it would have been a @bought deal@. Not ideal that we don@t have the trust of an institution yet, @but VIVO is a high risk company, they won@t earn that trust until they show profitability, and continue to show profitability over multiple quarters.@

I guess the "individual investors" could comprise of family, friends and close associates. Cheers, Schaff
