Where is an entry point on this one?

Where is an entry point on this one?I've been watching this stock fall like so so many others.....  and wandering when would be a good entry point.... I know they are just in the steps of taking over Anixter which took out Triad not to long ago. In times like these this stock should be poping up.. Any Thoughts?...
