Ok this what I got from Nick, we should see a news release sometime next week... BUT he does not think it is the big one, just somekind of update as where we stand in the dealing with IMC and the bank. They worked on this during the last weeks (over the holidays).

As far as cash is concern they have about 3mln left and are expecting another 600k (from the exrecise of the 2mln warrants @ 0.30), that would realy give us a big boost (confidence wise).

 

And oh yeah as far as the website it was the company hosting it that changed servers and that was why it went down.

So we still have to wait...

I just talked to Nick as well.. He confirmed to me that Woulfe is sitting in a holding pattern at the Sangdong site and have approximately $3million still in the bank. So Woulfe shouldnt need to do any more dilutive PP's and has the updated PEA in the works by a 3rd party technical team. I expressed to him that this new resource estimate from the PEA should be released as soon as possible

If they still have $3m. That would likely mean they haven't made the 2nd Installment for the land yet.>

The balance for the land was due within 30 days of signing, and therefore should have already been paid. To me it looks like WOF is going to fall off its own fiscal cliff and need to dilute with warrants again. Given how long it has taken, and a potential once burnt twice shy potential attitude of the market, can WOF raise the money? If IMC and the bank can't close after all of this time
