These videos are old and most likely the design of the mine will change under the current management.

They already have, take a look at the mine-head now on Google Earth. Satellite surveillance for civilians, what WILL they think of next.

I saw freshly turned earth and building materials, but no heavy equiptment, etc, in use.  I have NO idea what day the image was taken but I was looking at it about three months ago.  My guess is that it was taken sometime this summer.  The Korean area is one of the most photographed from space so I imagine those images are updated fairly frequently.
