Crockerdile's tear!

Has any of you shareholders given serious thougts on the 2nd voting item in Mar. 7 EGM? I read the Sedar info memo which elaborates each voting item in details. Christ!!! "Special right" vested to Dundee providing permanent rights to nominate the majority of board members?!

Regardless of its shareholding, Dundee would become a super power and rule Woulfe permanently. Minority shareholders and other institutional holders will be deprived of the most fundamental right as shareholders. This is absurd, unheard of and against the spirit of corporate laws.

How come no one has pointed out this super constitutonal dictatorship attempt. All the shareholders need to stand up and let the tyrannt know that Woulfe is not his pet co. by casting "Against" votes in the EGM.

We shouldn't be deceived by Crockerdile Dundee's tear any longer! Oh, God, please help us!

What kind of logic are you using?????? Sure Dundee is asking for the sky and we may deem it as unrealistic, but do you think Dundee would put forth these admendments only for it to be shot down by shareholders? He most likely has buyin from other major shareholders to get this thing passed.  So all your rhetoric at the end of the day will amount to nothing!

I totally disagree with your argument GG..... "The point is to MAKE a point, that we're watching" - .... and what good is that going to do? Ned is proposing an admemdment. The only thing that matters is if it passes or not. The fact that people are watching doesn't concern him because that has no impact on the objective. So as long as Ned is abiding by the rules, you & I are ...more
