The company did not include the U.S OTC WFEMF in update.

Did anyone else notice that the company update did not include the U.S. OTC WFEMF. That's SLOPPY & UNPROFESSIONAL in my book. If they rehired Nick Smith as investor relations for Woulfe then he should have been on top of this. ----> https://www.thecse.com/cmsAssets/docs/Filings/2014/2014_05_16_18_59_37_WOF_Woulfe_Mining_Announces_Share_for_Debt_and_Provides_a_Corporate_Update.pdf <----- vancouver, british columbia – may 16, 2014 - woulfe mining corp. I was just writing a post about the lack of OTC ticker, next to Frankfurt and CSE , when I read your posting. The website is almost exactly the same as a year ago .... the picture gallery ends in 2012 ! Did we have to wait that long for some texts and figures to be changed. But O.K. beter this than nothing.

Markidesad, Note: At the bottom of the company update press release it says Woulfe Mining is listed on the CSE Canadian Stock Exchange but no mention of the Frankfurt in Germany or OTC WFEMF in the United States. This is misleading and just another example of why lawsuits are going to pile up if the company doesn't get their act together soon. According to the company update Nick Smith is back ...more

Apparently management is too lazy to get off their useless asses and go out and take new pictures of tungsten project. The main reason they took the website down was probably so they could remove outdated company presentations which contained misleading information. Most long term shareholders like myself still have all of those company presentations on file so removing them will do little to ...more

A couple of months ago, when the company left TSX, I had to sell it all and buy it back on OTC. I mentioned on this board that my broker told me that WOF may also leave OTC. This was answered by disbelief. Hope it's just a coincidense or a silly mistake.

I see it as an oversight.. WFEMF trades and you can check the history.. https://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=WFEMF+Historical+Prices

It's NOT an oversight. The company completely removed WFEMF from the updated website. Management also removed WFEMF from all company updates and press releases. Plus they completely stopped doing the WFEMF financials in order to keep its OTCQX status up to date. They stopped doing the financials in September 2013. It's definately NOT an oversight. Management cannot possibly be this dumb ...more

Easy enough to verify.. Some one can call Nick on Monday..

Nick Smith is listed on the press release and current company update. He would have been partially responsible for sending out the correct information to shareholders on all 3 stock exchanges on the OTC, Frankfurt and CSE. He was already fired once for not doing his job correctly. He should have learned to do his job this time around but apparently that's not the case.

Get real.. He was never fired.. Nick and Institutional IR firm were asked to stop providing service because Woulfe had no funds to pay them.. In fact, when he stopped, Woulfe owned him and other firm payments for past services which was still outstanding..

In my opinion Nick Smith was overpaid but if that's the case let him join in on the lawsuits against the company and board of directors. Perhaps the company brought Nick Smith back and paid him to keep him from joining in on the lawsuits. Technically Woulfe Mining shareholders can file lawsuits against Ned Goodman, Mark Goodman, Dundee Corporation and Woulfe Mining. Plus we can file lawsuits ...more
