Technecal Insight very Bullish for WOF.

!) Mine development approved by Korean Authorities.

2) Feasability study under review by management and out soon.

3) Phase V drilling program in progress, expected in a few days, ie; as promised to be completed by mngmnt by mid July 2014.

4) We may see a few appointed Directors, with options approval before the major news come out.

5) Final Financing, Takeover or Merger.

I have practiced patience for a few years on WOF hoping one day to buckle my seat belt as the stock parobolicly makes a move.

My main worries: The test drilling results show the site is not financially feasible to mine. I was hoping to see an increase in share price due to positive early test results being leaked. This didn't happen. The financing deal gives the company away and us shareholders get screwed. China floods the market like they did a decade plus ago to put any potential competition out of business ...more

Every stock in the world can be affected by negative events. If that wasn't the case, investing would be easy and we would be stuffing profits in our pockets every day.  I'm invested in Woulfe because I feel the risk is worth the potential reward. Why do you say I shouldn't invest in Woulfe. Do you think it is a bad investment? Do you know my risk tolerance better than I do ...more

chrisp6712 - Where are you getting this information about site not financially feasible to mine?? Did they release a report. Please post link if so
Comment by GaiusOctavius on Jul 21, 2014 2:43pm
Pauly10, This is just common sense knowledge. The resource being drilled is tungsten and tungsten carbide drill bits are commonly used in the mining industry. Tungsten carbide, a material that is less likely to wear out, is the number one choice for coating tools or for being used as the cutting, drilling or contact tip when working in a mine. Why do you think the company is redoing the drilling ...more

BullSh#t - it's not common sense "that the site is not financially feasible to mine" as was stated bychrisp6712 . Every time someone SPECULATES and makes it sound true , the stock drops. How about just wait for the FACTS to be released and then comment.

Why is everyone so sensitive? I'm heavily invested in Woulfe. I'm not bashing the stock. I'm just being realistic. I didn't say it wasn't feasible to mine the stock. I said I had a concern that the sample drilling might show lower than anticipated amounts of tungsten. If the results were poor enough, it would not be financially worth it to operate the mine. That is why Woulfe ...more

BullSh$t again -- you honestly think that the control price isn't controled by a board? It's 2014 and everyone searches and reads before they buy. Want info on WOF, this is it!! Top of google!! So keep speculatlating and bringing our stock down when you know nothing at all. Let the none believers sell their stock....don't suggest they sell because of your thoughts.....STATE FACTS ...more

If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive. It is evident that someone on this board is scaring investors and manipulating the stock and starting bad rumors so that they can scalp the stock very cheap, are they insiders???.( as you saw today it is believed that Dundee again bought a large block at .105 cents). It came to my attention today that it is believed ...more

70k of the volume today was my long standing buy order that finally got filled at 10.5. I don't believe the stock price is being manipulated by actual trading just by merely lack of promotion and information by the directors. Either its just low on their priorities or an attempt to keep the price at a manageable level for a takeover. A takeover in my opinion is probably the worse case scenario ...more

Pauly10, I guess I am mistaken. I always believed a stocks share price was determined by the fundamentals, profits and value of a company. I had no idea it was controlled by comments on a stock forum. I will stop posting so Woulfe can soar to new heights. I would welcome it. I only have 90,000 shares, not as many shares as many here but I am still looking for a profit. Thanks.

The reason WOF is a great story and why i'm in big is that this was a proven working mine that shut down because the Chinese flooded the market and the price of tungsten dropped to levels where it wasn't feasable to mine anymore,  Doubt very much this will happen again due too scarcity and need and the Chinese are now hoarding instead of selling. The mine was already proven when it ...more

Were those 2,000.000 Million options for the possible new upcoming appointed CEO or other Directors as they did not mentioned the name of the CEO on the news release. He is stating this as a list of things he's worried about, not factual data. If either of the first two points were true, there'd be no Woulfe mining (but there is). As for these fears: 1) I think it's highly unlikely that we have to worry about the feasibility changing from very promising to nothing. They are expanding the drilling, not re-doing it, meaning that with the material we ...more

Which you stated as facts rather than subjective speculative paranoia with and actual probabilities based on evidence making them "worries" rather than fears.  Bad habit to get into.  You start investing based on fears and you won't make any money, as in this sector particularly there is always plenty to fear. Besides we know the IMC deal gives part of the company away, at ...more
