See if you can find a list of proposed measures so we can do the "attack Dundee's self promotion schedule" again.  They haven't done anything for us, so they don't need any special rights or powers, and given the lack of corporate communication with share holers we might have a few issues of our own to present if we have the shares to add them to the schedule. e.g ...more

Ok, that as a bit too short.  Yes, theoretically, but why would you want to?  They shouldn't have altered then approved on a revote without outside consent to get those technically preferred shares authorized, but I am hoping they were only able to do it because they had 50%+ of the adendees agreeing.  Meannig even if there was a floor motion seconded as long as they have a ...more
