I am confused why some one would sell now! An insider by the name of Thomas,Roger Dale sold 30K shares last week. I wonder what is wrong. Based on the last financials I would expect stellar numbers in the Q1 2013 quarter. My guess is that the DACF will be around $0.50 for the quarter. But based on the stock performance compared to say Crew enenrgy in the last week LRE is going the wrong way

This guy is a former director, I believe, as he isn't listed on the company site.  He's a former CEO at Nexen.  Besides this one sale, insiders have bought about 100k shares since Jan 1-13 so I wouldn't be concerned.  If you see other insider sales start rolling in then maybe there is a reason for concern.

Thank you for your response. Your explanation makes sense. You are right that some key insiders bought lately. There are way to many positives lining up for this company.
