out of curiosity.....I think Sprott had a big stake in Westfire (WFE) and Guide (GO).

Actually, I think Sprott owned WFE only.....not, GO.

and Sprott wanted to sell WFE but couldn't find a buyer. So they merged it with GO and made LRE, correct?
