Will be trading .48 -.50 as of Tuesday
The arbs will simply pluck away and bank the difference

QJ, while your posts sound nutty, I think you are perfectly correct. This is a done deal and the arbs will pay for the time only, not other risks.

Nutty? It is the safest trade possible , once the vote is announced they lock in the safe profit It is what they do Alter NRG paid so damn well to wait 45 days

There has been a lot of skepticism about closing, and that risk still exists. So it's not entirely a time trade. Personally, I think it is but there is always a risk that it won't close.

LOL. MMT has massive risk LRE not so much Most have tendered, as it was simply you can have this or nothing We are being purchased by a reputable company with a successful track record and strong relations with the Canadian gov , saving over 200 jobs

Yep QJ! NRG & TH & CFN. I'm going for win #4. Next stop AYA. Hoping for 17% on that one. Playing these arbs has been a great way to wealth creation. Uncertainty makes opportunity as most investors don't take time to read between the lines but instead get scared out of their shares.

Samdm , lol yes that British guy who was adamantly against the buyout The US gov delay allowed me to the arb trade twice : ) IR just confirmed the news release will be out shortly after the meeting , and based on bidders established activity in Canada they see no issues
