The Arrangement is currently expected to close in late April 2016 following the receipt of Canadian regulatory approvals.

what the press releases said and what the president said in interviews was the review was expected to take 4-6 weeks. It is now more than 6 weeks which was the maximum they said it would take for approval so they should provide an update on what the new timeline is.  Clearly they have been in contact with the Investment Board and after 6 weeks of review the deal is not yet approved.  ...more
