KORD overpaid for the company and the PEA which went over like a Led Balloon failed to open up better terms for the money required and additional dilution was required at bargain basement prices to bring us to over a billion shares already outstanding and the current market cap. Current share structure with a multitude of retail holders makes for a both strategic and tactical mess going forward. There is a lot of work and money required to derisk any potential production event as the capital required is both huge and scarce. GLTA.
