It's all very positive news as eyes are on ICC for ownership . Off the cuff ICC was priced at $2.50 a share a while ago with target price etc . I would say it goes to $2.50 before any news about anything as it's all good .

Last hour push will close around $2 +\- .3  Some have mentioned we should not settle for $2 rather $2.50. I hope I’m wrong but IMO $2 is a very respectable and reasonable offer. Glta ive been wrong before... once

$1.75 might be But that is a lowball offer which will be countered. Anything over $2 is good IMO. $2.50-3 would be amazing tho!
