ACB - SMA 20 and ICC Premium
Did a little reading of the details. Not happy but a few calculations to share
The buy-out is 0.2448 ACB : 1 ICC
$1.95 (34% premium above SMA 20) divided by 0.224 = $7.97 (ACB share price)
ACB is currently trading at $8.12; so the additional return is ($0.15)
$1.95 + $0.15 = $2.10; based on Friday's close of $1.79; 17% premium on top of the $1.95
Again, not enthusiastic about the deal but making a few dollars is a whole alot better then the alternative.

Only 1 thing left is how about a bidding war as we all know this is a great asset . Lets just wait and see . Any other opinions on this from the more astute ?

You missed this part... (actual number of shares received and issued will be based on the volume-weighted average trading price of Aurora Shares on the TSX during the applicable 20 day period preceding the completion of the Transaction).
