Anybody have any idea when earnings are due to come out? There is late and then there is late. This is extremely late and I'm starting to get nervous. I'm sure other investors are as well. This probably explains the slow death march this stock has been experiencing over the last 2 weeks...

Could be anytime, last year same thing happened and it came out mid Dec if I recall correctly.  They say it's because of all the new revenue streams and the auditors time to verify as well.

it's definitely a bit annoying all the delays around their annual report.   but they've already said where the numbers are going to be..   so unless any big surprises in there, I hope a $20M + year of sales will be enough to get some attention on this company.    I think we all agree it's way undervalued,  I'd buy more at this point but I'm

Agreed - nothing surprising should appear - hopefully just $20M+ in sales. CEO has gotta go if the SP isn't 0.50-0.70 by March, NO reason it shouldn't be there except the disorganized management and lack of PR.

This is taking a painful amount of time to see financials... I still have high hopes and strong belief that this is a solid company. However, when you are this (unapologetically) late with financials , have terrible communication with share holders, and do little to no visible promotion... it's just disappointing. I've had lots of patience to let these guys run their business and

Well "said".   However be continue to be patient.. Patience will pay off with this one, either 2-3x or 10x+ IMO from this .15 SP I do truly believe the next two quarters are the make it or break it if this company is actually going to potentially hit the $2-3 SP mark in next few years.  They finally started releasing news shortly before this report delay and expect that

I agree fully! This stock is supremely undervalued, when I first bought it a couple years ago the stock price was $2.60 running off pure hype alone ... These guys seem like a winner once things pick up again.
