News

"Wescorp and Weatherford are continuing to work towards finalizing our long-term global distribution license agreement"

My advice - work a little harder.

News comes out share price drops..is that the way it's supposed to work.Hmmm.Hope we don't get any more news releases if that's the case.

Discerning investors send a stock up with good news and down with bad news for the most part.Today's news not only did not incl price but didn't even intimate that a price was attached to the product. For them to again mention an order for 256 at this time is pathetic but indicative of historical practice. If multitudes already viewed this water clean up miricle last yr ...more

How are they doing this 256 deal? Are they not involved in an agreement with weatherford? Are they doing this on there own?The ''Deal" or "Agreement" with weatherford is the key to wescorp's share price going up so are they doing this deal in Kansas on there own or is weatherford somehow involved.I've called wft investor relations and have gotten nowhere..they keep ...more

Ike, I can't see how you can question whether the letter of intent is real or not. You said it yourself, Wescorp just can't throw out a name like weatherford in a news release. Why do people continue to question whether it is real? The question is, will they actually consumate a partnership agreement of some kind with weatherford. That remains to be seen!Lucci

O.K fair enough..what about the 256 units ..saying that the company that is renting the first one is allowing any other oil company's and investors in to see how it operates..would wft want that if there is no deal yet or is there already a deal with wft and there just not announcing it for some reason?
Comment by mlucci22 on May 26, 2009 11:57pm
Ike, I don't know. Is the company renting? buying? The pr says it will be showcased. Meaning allowing other oil producers, govt entities, investors on the property to observe. Since there is no mention of revenues, I'm guessing it's just for show. I could be wrong.I did like the last line that said "Wescorp and Weatherford are continuing to work towards finalizing our long-term ...more

As far as I know they will only be renting and not selling and I would think that the one in Kansas will be rented with another 250 approx in 5 yrs..or atleast that what there saying.Yes let's hope they are still working on a deal because it sounds like there very existence hinges on that deal.

WSCE only said in the Weatherford LOI that they "are currently in negotiations for a possible exclusive long-term global cooperation agreement". That's pretty vague and I doubt it would apply to existing business, such as the unit just shipped to the US. As to the US "up to 256 units" agreement, the original PR doesn't say much about the shipping schedule beyond the ...more
